The information on Gravel Health (gravelhealth.com) is published in good faith and for general information only. It is a personal record of rides I made, and you use it at your own risk.
I'm a keen cyclist, not a doctor, physiotherapist or coach. Nothing on this Site is medical, health, fitness or training advice. If I mention an injury, a recovery or how a ride felt, that's just my own experience. Talk to a qualified professional before you start or change any exercise, especially if you have an injury or health condition.
Cycling, especially on steep descents, loose gravel, narrow mountain roads and shared roads, can cause serious injury. Assess your own ability, bike, kit and the conditions, wear a helmet, and take responsibility for your own safety. I accept no liability for any accident, injury or loss.
Roads close, surfaces change, weather turns, and businesses shut. The distances, climbing, gradients and maps come from GPS and altitude data recorded by consumer devices and phone apps, which can be inaccurate. Several pages mention a road I wouldn't recommend or a section I'd avoid; use your own judgement. Check current local information before you ride, and obey local signs, laws and access rules in each country.
Nothing here is legal, financial or safety advice. See also the Terms & Conditions.
