Every photograph on this website was taken by, and belongs to, Kevin Foulds. This page is a clear, formal notice about their ownership and use. Please read it before using any image from this site.
Every image on Gravel Health is © Kevin Foulds. All rights reserved. You may not use any of them, anywhere, without my written permission. Unauthorised use is charged at £500 per image, and I pursue it.
All photographs published on gravelhealth.com are my original works, protected by copyright automatically from the moment each photograph is taken, under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. No registration or copyright symbol is needed for that protection to exist. Route maps on the Site are drawn by me from my own GPS data over OpenStreetMap tiles (© OpenStreetMap contributors).
Without my express written permission, you may not copy, download, screenshot, save, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell or otherwise use any image from this site — in whole or in part, edited, cropped, filtered or re-saved — on any website, blog, social media account, marketplace or listing, advertisement, print or product.
I'm reasonable, and happy to license images for fair use. Email contactus@gravelhealth.com first. A quick email costs you nothing; using an image without asking will cost you a great deal more.
If one of my images is used anywhere without a licence from me, my fee for that unauthorised use is £500 per image, per use, plus the reasonable costs of tracing and recovering it. I invoice on discovery and pursue payment, escalating to a formal legal claim if it isn't paid. This is my standard licensing rate for infringement, set out here in advance so there is no doubt.
Under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 the copyright owner holds the exclusive right to copy the work and to communicate it to the public. Using a copyright photograph without the owner's permission is infringement.
