Six months of knee trouble — then a ride with no pain.

Ridden 20 July 2024, logged simply: "1st decent ride for 6 months. No knee pain." It's the pivot in the knee story that runs through the UK Home Turf archive: the first ride back in May was only the first time on the bike in four months, and the trouble was still there in September on the way to Killin.

Route data (from Strava): 54.5km, 321m of climbing — the standard Dunfermline training loop, ridden at a steady pace.

  • Was this the point the knee settled for good, or did it flare again after September?
